Origin Bangers Anonymous originated as a private music producer collective in 2018. With no online presence or advertisement, merely existing as an internal meme amongst friends while crafting collab instrumental production to send out to various recording artists. The vision to forge the tightknit music producer group, into a publicly accessible web3 arts club, came after grasping the levels of revolutionary impact that EVM blockchains, NFT utility, DApps, and DAOs would have over the future consciousness of not only crypto and DeFi, but the potentials of an entirely new decentralized internet. We believe that this decentralized revolution currently unraveling in present time, has proven the ability to disrupt governments, banks, global finance, and many other outdated business models including the music industry. Bangers Anonymous and our TAGAs DApp is our experimental offerings in hopes to assist this disruption, while securing our own brand IP and space in this new world. Ideology Inspired by the feeling of making music with friends in the studio—combined with our love of early internet culture, esoterica memes, gatekept forums, avant-garde music scenes, graffiti, online gaming clans, wagmi laced copium, and chaotic overcrowded concerts at small underground venues— all only seemed to blatantly reveal the newfound purpose of evolving the collective to something greater than ever intended upon initial conception. The epiphany of what these influences all had in common, was their undeniable, uncanny ability to spawn a passionately dedicated niche community, eternally cementing their place in the psyche of masses. This passion and camaraderie shared amongst these cultural phenomena serve as its own literal currency, creating a tangible bond between those who appreciate the shared experience. Harvesting this abstract energy of camaraderie, we believe can temporarily be stored as an intrinsic form of creative currency within the treasury's greatest valued asset; the community. Once this energy is fully mined from the hive-mind ethos into digital data, it can then be locked into the treasury on-chain as TAGAs to be then offered to the world. TAGAs are the byproduct of manifestations evolved into literal assets by the collective consciousness of Bangers Anonymous. TAGAs are limitless.
