Abstract. VNON Labs by Bangers Anonymous, is an experimental conceptual onchain offering in the modern internet music and art collective space.

Our offering mission is to create an active decentralized web3 collaboration community, built on the spine of its own organic promotional network. Incentivizing community members and intrigued outsiders to participate in upcoming group composed project opportunities, ideally generating treasury growth, rewards, and royalties for project participants. Empowering us in position to be our own self governed content collaboration creation house/publisher, entertainment label, brand IP, tech design, and marketing agency. We believe by uniting aligned passionate artists, music creators, software developers, blockchain enthusiasts, DeFi explorers, consumers and investors, that we can experiment the infinite possibilities of fusing decentralized technology with community owned organic counterculture. Together, we can plow a new independent path within art and entertainment media publishing. The VNON app will be the catalyst to forging our new path.
